Fabric: Colorful matte-cotton embroidery in bold and bright yet somehow still seasonal color palette pops against the sheer mesh and white satin trim. Reds, wines, and pinks with tiny pops of mustard gold and deep evergreens for a bright winter color palette.
The cotton embroidery offers a soft hand feel and a bit more movement than some other more shiny and rigid embroideries. You have to see it in person to believe just how beautiful it is.
Embroidery doesn't have much drape or flounce, but this cut + fabric are a vintage dream. Shirred satin waistband with encased elastic.
Hip/Bottom Cut: High waisted vintage ""tap shorts"" are longer in the middle and higher on the sides. Stretchy elastic waistband and flowy fit, cheeky. Can be worn at hip or higher on waist.
