How to:
Take the thin tip nozzle off and fill the bulb with warm water. Replace the nozzle. Grab your favorite lube and lube your anus and the nozzle. Slowly insert the plastic nozzle into the anus. Gently squeeze water into the rectum. Pull nozzle out and THEN relax the bulb. Don't relax while inserted (it'll suck stuff right out of you into the clean water bulb). Using your PC muscles, hold the water internally for about 10-20 seconds, then expel. This will help to flush any leftover feces or bacteria.
